The Spirit of Rowdy Sticker Collection is a program designed to increase the CMU community involvement with the Mascot Program and create a visual platform for them to express what being a Maverick means to them. Each year new designs will be added to the collection. This colorful, energetic design was the inaugural sticker for the Spirit of Rowdy Sticker Collection. Designed in 2021 by CMU staff member and alumnus Jeremy Smith, this sticker is appropriately titled New Beginnings. Based on a photo he captured during CMU’s 2021 Fall Freshman Orientation, the art shows an image of Rowdy created in bold colored Impressionism stylized strokes. The composition sparks excitement for possibilities for the future that each first-year student displayed at the event as they started their college journey.
This collection of Maverick artwork is part of the Rowdy Collection. The collection’s mission is to provide high quality Rowdy branded products filled with school spirit to all members of the CMU Mavily. All proceeds from the collection will benefited the Rowdy Performers Scholarship Fund. Rowdy, the mascot performers and Colorado Mesa University that you for the support.
