How do I order textbooks online?

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are filled and ready to ship (or pickup) within 3 business days of placement. Pickup policies during Spring and Fall Rush are subject to change; pickup generally begins the Friday before classes resume.
How will I know my order is ready?
Typically, orders are ready in about 3 days. You should receive an email apprising you of your order status, please check both your regular and junkmail folders! You may also log back into your account to check your order status. We also encourage you to stop by or call after three days and ask!
Can I have my order delivered to my residence hall?
At this time, there are only two order options: in-store pickup or UPS delivery. While UPS does deliver to campus, there may be an additional delay before campus delivery is completed. In-store pickup is the fastest option to receive orders on campus.
