CMYou Giveaway Days Contest

From January 24 through February 4, 2022, the Maverick Store will be giving away prizes during “CMYou Giveaway Days” Contest. The contest is open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, community members and friends of Colorado Mesa University. Prizes range in value from $4.00 - $500.00. Shop at the Maverick Store or Game Day store location, or comment, post or suggest captions during “CMYou Giveaway Days” for a chance to win.

Winners will be announced on the Maverick Store’s social media channels. Caption winners (first, second and third) will be chosen by popular vote from a panel of representatives of the Maverick Store. Prizes may not be sold or transferred, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged and must be retrieved in person from the Maverick Store located at 1455 N. 12th St. Grand Junction, CO 81501. Gift cards may only be redeemed in-person at the Maverick Store at 1455 N. 12th St. Grand Junction, CO 81501. Sorry, gift cards cannot be mailed or used toward online purchases. By entering the contest participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these rules. No purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited. 

How to enter

Between January 24 – Februrary 4, 2022 follow prompts from the Maverick Store on social media:  

Or enter in store for a chance to win. Submissions will be accepted from, 5am on Monday, January 24 to 10pm on Thursday, February 3. All submissions will be gathered, and a panel of three judges will decide on the top three captions of the photo.

Judging the contestants

The panel will consist of representatives from The Maverick Store. The winners will be announced on Colorado Mesa University’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. 

Contest winners

Contest winners will be randomly chosen in store or online and will be announced on social media channels. Grand Prize winners will be announced on Friday, February 4, 2022 on CMU social media channels.
